Pidilite

Out here in Solapur, we have our place at 19 Bhagyodhy Housing Society. It's in the Civil Line area, which is usually a bit quieter than the market side of town. We’ve been here for some time now, just managing things for Pidilite. It’s a housing society, so it feels more like a home than a big factory or office. We have neighbors who are families, so we try to keep the noise down. The weather in Solapur gets really dry and hot, so we usually have the windows shut during the afternoon. We spend our days checking on stocks and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a flashy entrance or big signs. People who need us usually know where to find us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait for it to come back. Solapur is a good town for this kind of thing. Not too fast, but not too slow either. We like being in Civil Line because it's easy to get to most places from here. We don't do anything special, just show up, do the tasks on the list, and go home. It’s a steady life here in the society. We know the guard at the gate and the local delivery boys. Everything just follows a slow, regular pattern every day.
