Our workplace is located up on the seventh floor of the Rohini D building in the DSK Vishwa complex. This is in the Dhayari Gaon area, right off Sinhagad Road in Pune. Being on the 7th floor, specifically in flats 705 and 706, gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding hills, which is nice when we need a break from looking at the screens. It is a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold, gray office building. It is actually quite quiet up here compared to the main road. We have converted the space to fit our needs, with desks and storage areas where the living rooms used to be. It is a bit of an unusual setup, but it works for our small team. We usually start the day around nine, making sure the internet is working and the coffee is ready. Most of our work involves coordinating things over the phone or email. We don't get a lot of walk-in traffic since we are so high up, which helps us stay focused. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, so we have learned to be patient. It is a comfortable enough spot to spend the day. We have got our files organized, or at least we try to, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. No one is wearing suits here. We just focus on getting the orders processed and making sure everything at this Pune branch runs without too many hiccups.
