Our place is located out in the Pirangut Industrial Area, specifically at 388 Bhare. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it's where the work happens for Phoenix Mecano India. The area is full of warehouses and factories, so there's always a lot of trucks moving around and noise from the nearby units. Inside, it's pretty straightforward. We have our desks and the workshop space. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep our area tidy enough to work in. We’ve been here for a good stretch now. Most of the guys know the local tea stall around the corner pretty well. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; it’s more about checking the orders and making sure everything is moving along as it should. The weather can be a bit rough during the monsoon, and sometimes the road gets a bit muddy. But we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest, just doing the job we have. It’s a solid routine we’ve got going. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Working in an industrial zone like Bhare means you get used to the pace. It's just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do their bit. We don't have any polished speeches, just a lot of practical daily tasks.
