We are Phinix Shelters Pvt. Ltd., and you can find our office at B-15 in the Atish Complex. We’re located in the Anandnagar area of Vadgoan Badruk, just off Shinhghad Road in Pune. Pune is a city that’s always changing, and this area has seen a lot of growth lately. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all the planning and paperwork for our projects. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s more of a practical hub for the staff. We deal with shelters and housing, so there’s always a lot of talk about construction, materials, and timelines. Shinhghad Road can be quite crowded during peak hours, so we’ve learned to manage our schedules around the traffic. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports. We don't believe in using big, empty marketing words. We just tell people what we’re doing and try to stay on top of the daily grind. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in where needed. Whether it's answering the phone or heading out to a site to check on progress, someone is always busy. Being in the Atish Complex puts us right in the heart of the local neighborhood.
