This is the place for the construction management course at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research. We are located at 25/1 in Balewadi, right by the N.I.A. Post Office. Pune is a big city, but this corner of it is mostly about studying and getting through the modules. It’s a busy campus with a lot of people coming and going. The address is 411 045 for anyone trying to mail us something. Most of the work here involves learning how to manage big building projects. It’s not just sitting in a classroom all day. There is a lot of practical stuff to deal with. The office handles the admin side of things for the students. It can get a bit hectic during the admission season or when exams are around the corner. We have desks piled with books and blueprints sometimes. It’s a professional environment but it feels like a school too. People from all over India come here to stay and learn. The building itself is quite functional. We don’t have fancy decorations. It’s all about the technical training. There’s a lot of coffee drinking and late nights in the library nearby. We just try to keep the schedules on track and make sure everyone knows where they need to be for their next session. It’s a lot of work but everyone is focused on the same goal. We just keep the gears turning every day to make sure the program keeps running smoothly.
