You can find us at Shop No 1 in Shymphony Hall, which is right on DP Road in Hadapsar. We are quite close to Sanjavani Hospital, so people usually use that as a landmark when they are looking for us. The shop isn’t very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We have the main area where we greet people and then a small room in the back for examinations. The floor is a grey stone that stays cool even when it’s hot outside, which the dogs seem to like. We spend a lot of time on DP Road watching the traffic go by. Hadapsar is a busy place, so there is always someone walking past the window. We try to keep the windows clean, but the dust from the road makes it a daily chore. Most of our equipment is older but still works fine. We don't have a computer for the records; we still use the big physical books to write everything down. It feels more solid that way. Sometimes the phone rings and it's just someone looking for directions. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, so we know the local shops and the people who run them. It’s a community feel. We open up in the morning, sweep the front step, and wait for the first customer to arrive. It’s a simple life.
