We operate out of Kothrud, which is a part of Pune we know inside and out. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while. Our work mainly involves handling different projects, mostly in the building and development side of things. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, but we manage. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices, just a local team doing our thing here in Kothrud. Sometimes we’re juggling a few different sites at once, which keeps us on our toes. The streets around here can be tight, so getting equipment in and out takes some planning. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we understand how things move around here. It’s just everyday work for us, making sure projects get from the planning stage to actually being built. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather just show you the work we’ve done. If you’re around Kothrud, you’ve probably seen some of the spots we’ve worked on. It’s practical, direct work. We deal with the usual stuff like delays and paperwork, but that’s just part of the reality of construction. We’re just a bunch of people trying to do a decent job on every project that comes our way. There is always something new to learn with every building we start.
