Pet Care Clinic

You can find us tucked away behind the Samrat Hotel, right across from the Akashwani. It’s a bit of a funny location because you have to drive around the hotel to see our entrance. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. The clinic is basically a couple of rooms that we’ve set up for seeing animals. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical space where we can do our jobs. Sometimes the noise from the hotel or the street can be heard inside, but the pets don't seem to mind much. We have a small sink in the back and a table for exams. The waiting area is just a few benches against the wall. We know most of the people who come in because they live in the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a local hub for pet owners. We keep a bowl of water outside for any strays or thirsty dogs passing by. Our hours stay pretty much the same every week, though sometimes we stay late if someone comes in right at closing time. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people doing PR. It’s just us doing the work. The paperwork is all kept in folders on a shelf behind the desk. It’s a bit old-school, but we know where everything is. Finding the clinic for the first time might take a second, but once you know the landmark of the Samrat Hotel, it's easy. We also have a small cupboard where we keep some basic pet supplies like shampoos.
