Pesh Group (Construction & Real Estate Agent)

We've been working out of Dehu Road for a while now. Most people know us from the Alkapuri area, specifically near the R N Sharma quarters. Dealing with construction and real estate can be messy, but we just get on with it. It’s a local operation here in Pune. We handle building projects and help folks find places to stay or invest. It isn't always fancy, just hard work and keeping track of paperwork. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather isn't helping. We know the streets around here pretty well. Being a real estate agent means talking to a lot of neighbors and trying to figure out what fits where. If you walk past the Type III quarters, that's where you'll find us. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a desk and some plans spread out. People stop by to ask about plots or how a renovation is going. It's a small team, mostly just a few of us making sure the bricks get laid and the deeds are in order. We've seen Pune change quite a bit lately. Alkapuri has grown, and we've been right there in the middle of it. We just try to be honest about what a property is worth and what it takes to build something that won't fall apart. It's just what we do every day. Nothing more, nothing less.
