Percentage

We are based at Flat No. 16 in the Arunodaya Society, which is also known as the Gole Building. Our location is in the Dhankaudi area of Pune, very close to the Taljai Mandir. If you know that part of town, you know it’s famous for the hills and the temple, so we have a nice bit of nature nearby. Our office is just a regular residential flat that we have turned into our working space for Percentage. It has a very homey feel to it, which we all quite like. There are no cubicles or glass walls here, just a few rooms with desks and chairs where we sit and do our work on our laptops. The pin code is 411043, and we have been here in Maharashtra for a long time. The society is generally quite peaceful, which helps us focus. Sometimes you can hear the bells from the temple or the sounds of families living nearby. It is a far cry from the noisy industrial areas or the crowded city center. We don't bother with fancy branding or corporate talk. We just call ourselves Percentage and get on with our daily tasks. Most of our meetings happen in the living room area over a cup of tea. It is a very relaxed and informal way to run things, but we find that it works well for us. We know our neighbors and we enjoy being part of this local community in Dhankaudi. It’s just a normal place for normal work.
