Pentarch Ventures Llp

Pentarch Ventures Llp operates out of building B3 in the Acolade complex in Kharadi. We are up on the 10th floor in Flat No 1003. Kharadi has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up, but Acolade feels like a solid place to be. We have a decent view from the tenth floor, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony. We use the kitchen mainly for making endless rounds of tea and coffee. The main room is where we have our computers set up on some long tables. It’s a casual environment. We don’t wear suits or follow a strict corporate code. We just show up and get to work on whatever venture we are focusing on that day. The Sno25/1A 26/1 area is quite busy now, so getting into the complex can take a minute during peak hours. We’ve got a good group of people here who don't mind the close quarters. We share ideas, argue a bit over projects, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s not a massive operation, but we have everything we need right here in unit 1003. We like the vibe of Kharadi and being part of the energy in this part of Pune. It’s a good place for a small firm to find its feet.
