Peninsula Land Ltd

We have been running things here at Peninsula Land Ltd for a while now. Our office is located at 101 Amrut Kalash, which most people around here know is right behind the Katraj Dairy in Ambegaon Khurd. It is a pretty busy area especially in the mornings when the dairy is active. We chose this spot because it feels like a real part of the neighborhood. Being tucked away behind a landmark like the dairy makes it easier for people to find us when they are coming by for the first time. We spend most of our days here handling paperwork and talking to people who drop in. The building itself is decent and we have made ourselves at home in room 101. It is not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. Just a regular place where work gets done. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We have grown to like the rhythm of Ambegaon Khurd over the years. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic at the main junction gets backed up. We try to keep things simple and straightforward here. If you are looking for us, just head toward the dairy and look for Amrut Kalash right behind it. We are usually around during the normal hours of the day. It’s a practical space for a practical team.
