We are located at C/O Tattyabhau Kale in Mulanagar. It’s right near Tanushree Hospital in Old Sangavi, Pune 27. Our specific spot is S. No. 7/1/4/3. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you find the hospital, we are pretty easy to find. Pegasus Properties Pvt. Ltd is where we spend our working hours. Pune is a busy city and Old Sangavi has its own rhythm. We see a lot of people coming in and out because of the hospital nearby. The office is a practical space. We’ve got desks, chairs, and too many filing cabinets. There is usually a pot of tea going. We deal with property matters around this part of town and further out too. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and checking on site boundaries. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but that’s just Pune in the monsoon. We don't have any big corporate mission. We just help people find what they need or sort out their land issues. It’s honest work. Most of us have lived in the area for a long time, so we know the streets like the back of our hands. We aren't flashy. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a good community here and we are glad to be a part of it. We keep our focus on the daily tasks and the people we see.
