If you are looking for us, we are right across from Manoj Electrics. It’s a handy landmark in Sandeep Nagar, Thergaon-33. Pegasus Poperties Pvt Ltd has been operating out of Survey No-3/2 for some time now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and files. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and flats. It gets busy in the afternoons when everyone seems to want to talk at once. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound but we don't really notice it anymore. Working in property in this area means knowing all the little shortcuts and who owns what. It isn't always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets stuck somewhere, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation with shiny glass walls. It’s more of a place where you can sit down and have a glass of water while we look through the ledgers. The street outside is usually full of bikes and the smell of whatever the food stall nearby is cooking. We like it here in Thergaon. It feels like home. We just do our bit and try to keep things moving. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving out to show a plot to someone. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't have a big marketing team, just us here at the office trying to keep the records straight.
