We are located at 408/14 in Bhosari, specifically within the Nilkamal Society area. It’s an interesting mix because while it’s an industrial town, we are tucked into a spot that feels a bit more settled. Our workshop is where we spend the bulk of our hours, working on various auto components. It’s the kind of environment where you have to be careful where you step because there’s often a crate of parts or a piece of equipment in the middle of the floor. We aren’t a massive factory, just a focused team doing our bit for the auto industry. The mornings usually start with checking the machines and seeing what’s on the schedule for the day. There’s a certain smell to the place—a mix of oil and cold metal—that you just get used to after the first week. We don't have a fancy reception area or a lot of decorations on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up about upcoming deliveries. Outside, the Nilkamal Society is relatively quiet compared to the main Bhosari roads, which is a nice break when we step out for air. We spend a lot of time making sure the parts we produce are exactly what they need to be. It’s repetitive work sometimes, but there’s a rhythm to it that feels right. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the task at hand.
