Our shop is tucked away at Shop No. 112, Hamla Corner. We’re pretty close to Marya Hospital and just behind Chemchand Gaon. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the big main markets, which we actually quite like. People usually find us when they’re visiting someone at the hospital or if they live back in the gaon area and are walking home. The shop isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside our four walls. We spend our mornings getting the displays ready and making sure the glass on the counters is clean from fingerprints. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big corporate rules or uniforms to wear. We just wear what’s comfortable and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, and we just sit by the front door where the natural light comes in until it’s back on. It’s a slow, steady kind of business. We’ve had some of the same customers for years, and they often stop by just to say hello or tell us some news even if they don’t need anything that day. We don’t try to push any sales on anyone. If you like something, you take it home. If not, that’s fine too. We’re just happy to be here at the corner, doing our thing day after day without any big drama or stress. It’s a good little spot for us to spend our days.
