We are located over in Chinchwad, right on the Tata Motor Campus in the Pdo Building. Being in Pune, specifically this industrial side of it, means there is always a lot of movement around us. The building is quite large and we have a lot of floor space dedicated to manufacturing. It’s a professional setup but it still feels like a workshop once you get past the main doors. You’ll see plenty of people in work gear and the sound of engineering is everywhere. We deal with various mechanical solutions, which basically means a lot of precision work and heavy parts. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone not used to it, with all the specialized tools and components lying about. We try to keep things moving smoothly, but in manufacturing, there are always little hiccups that need sorting out. The air smells a bit like machine oil and metal, which is pretty standard for this part of town. We have our desks and our stations, and everyone just knows their role. It’s not the kind of place for small talk during the shift because there is always something that needs attention. We take our tea breaks together and then it's back to the machines. It is a solid way to spend the day, even if it's tiring by the time we head home in the evening.
