Pavan Estate

You can find Pavan Estate at 296 Laxmi Apartment, where we are located on the first floor. We are near White House Road in Shukrawar Peth, not too far from the Film City Road area. Our office is a simple place where we talk about houses, shops, and land. There are always maps and property listings lying around on the tables. We spend a lot of our time meeting people who are looking for a new place to live or a spot for their business. Shukrawar Peth is an old and busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We have been working from this apartment for quite a bit, and it has become a second home to us. We don't have any slick sales pitches or fancy presentations. We just sit down with a cup of tea and discuss what is available in the market.
