Mel Services

We’ve been at Rahul Complex for a while now. It’s on the fourth floor in the D-wing. People usually find us by looking for Krishna General Hospital since it’s right near there on Paud Road. We handle things here every day, just the usual work that keeps a place like this going. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we get through the paperwork and talk to whoever comes in. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but most people don't mind the walk if they have to. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Pune gets busier every day, but this spot stays pretty much the same for us. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, especially during rush hour when Paud Road is packed. We just keep the windows shut and carry on with what needs doing. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is in order. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t really do much advertising or stuff like that. Most folks who come by are local or have been told about us by someone else they know. It’s just Mel Services, nothing more, nothing less. We show up in the morning, open the door, and stay until the work is finished. It’s a job, and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how it is here.
