Patliputra Residency is located over at Satyapuram Society on Saswad Road in Pune. We are in unit A-108. It is a busy area and getting through the traffic on Saswad Road can be a real headache some days. We have been operating this private limited company from this flat for some time. Pune has changed a lot, with new buildings going up everywhere you look, but we are still here in this society. People usually find us by looking for the Satyapuram gate. It is not a big corporate tower or anything like that. It is just our office space where we handle all the residency matters. We deal with property stuff and keeping things organized for the business. The staff is small, just a few of us who have been around for a long time. We do not have a fancy website or a huge sign out front. Most people who come here are already familiar with the area. It gets quite noisy outside during the peak hours because of all the vehicles moving toward the city center. We keep the doors shut to stay focused. We have our paperwork and files all stacked up in the office. It’s a regular workspace. We do our bits and pieces of work every day. If you are coming from the main road, you just have to turn into the society and look for the A block. It’s pretty straightforward once you are inside the gate. Everything is local here.
