Patil Conatructions

Our business, Patil Conatructions, is located in Pune, specifically at Flat No. 10 in the Adity Konark Apartment building. We are right by the Golibar Maidan Chowk in the Camp area, which is a very well-known part of town. The address belongs to D.D. Shinde, and that is where we do all our planning and clerical work. It is a busy intersection outside and you can always hear the horns and the people moving about near the Maidan. Being in an apartment for an office makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We have a few tables set up with blueprints and some computers that are always running. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the office part of it as clean as possible, even if we usually have dust on our boots from the various sites we visit. We have been working around the Camp area for quite some time and we know the local streets and the back lanes like the back of our hands. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just take on the jobs that come our way and try to finish them without too many delays. Sometimes things go wrong, like the weather holding us up, but we just deal with it as it happens. That is just how the construction life goes for us.
