We are based out of the Ambegoan (Bk) area in Pune. Our office is situated in Flat No. 5 at the Ganraj Complex on Dattanagar Road. It is a bit of a quiet spot, and it can be easy to miss if you are not specifically looking for S.No. 34. We do construction work, mostly around this particular part of town. Patankar Kale Constructions Pvt. Ltd. has been operating here for a good amount of time now. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated crew that likes doing our job. Most of our days are spent out at the various building sites, making sure that everything is moving along. Then we head back to the flat in the evenings to sort out all the drawings and the billing stuff. Ambegoan is a really good area to work in, and there has been a lot of growth lately. We have seen many new buildings go up all along Dattanagar Road. Our office is not anything fancy at all, just a regular, functional workplace inside Ganraj Complex. We focus on getting the structures built the right way. It involves a lot of coordination with workers and making sure materials arrive on time. Sometimes the traffic around Pune 411 046 makes things go a bit slow, but we always manage to get through it. We have worked with plenty of local people over the years. We prefer a direct approach, just talking plainly about what needs doing on a site. No need for big speeches or polished presentations. Just work.
