We’ve been around Pune for a long time now. Our office is located over in Pimpri, specifically in the Rahatani area. It is at Sai Corner in Niranjan Colony, near Jagtap Dairy. Most people usually find us through D.M. Londhe’s place or they just ask for Parag Jagdale. We handle all sorts of construction work around here. It is mostly local projects that keep us busy. We started out pretty small and we just kept going year after year. The whole area around Rahatani has changed quite a bit since we first set up at 18/6/7. We spend the majority of our time out on the sites, but this office is where all the paperwork and planning get finished. It’s a very busy spot because of the dairy nearby. We do not do much fancy advertising or marketing. We just do the work and let people see it for themselves. The Pune 17 area is where we usually operate on a daily basis. If you are coming from the main road, you can just look for the signs near Sai Corner. We have seen the whole colony grow up around us. Our team is basically just local folks who know how to build things. We deal with the usual bricks and mortar stuff every single day. Sometimes it gets a bit messy, but that is just how construction goes. We keep things simple at Patankar Kale Construction Pvt. Ltd. No big corporate offices, just this space. We know the neighbors and the suppliers well. We stay busy with the local projects and that keeps us going.
