We’ve been here at J-237/1 in the MIDC area of Bhosari for quite some time now. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the machines and trucks moving around the industrial estate all day long. Most of us start pretty early in the morning to get things going before it gets too hot inside the shed. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. We mostly deal with the daily grind of manufacturing and making sure things are done right on the floor. The floors are usually a bit dusty and there is always someone fixing a machine or checking on a part. People know us around here because we’ve stayed in this same spot for years. You can find us easily if you follow the main road through Bhosari and look for the J block. We spend most of our time just managing the workflow and talking to the workers. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery trucks get delayed, but that’s just how it is working in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the work at hand. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, probably drinking some tea during a short break. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out.
