Pascal Industrial

You can find us over at 28/3 in Kharadi. We are pretty close to the Bollywood Multiplex, so it’s easy to tell people where to go when they get lost. Vasant Vihar is a decent neighborhood to work in, though it gets crowded on the weekends when everyone is heading to the movies. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just tools, benches, and the smell of metal and oil. That is just the nature of industrial work. We have a few guys who have been here since the start. We don't have a big human resources department or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk like normal people. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical stuff that would probably bore anyone else. We have had some long nights here when a job needs to get finished on a tight schedule. It happens. We drink a lot of tea and just keep at it. Pascal Industrial is basically just a group of people who know how to handle machines. We don't wear suits or have big lunch breaks. Usually, we just eat at our desks or out back. It’s a bit dusty, and the floor could probably use a good scrub more often, but the work gets done correctly. That’s what matters to us at the end of the day. We just try to stay useful.
