Our office is over at D/17 in the Narsinh Residency, which is in the New Sangvi area of Pune. Pascal Industrial Equipments Mfg. & Consultancy Pvt Ltd has been around this part of town for a while. We do two things mostly, making industrial gear and giving advice on how to use it or set it up. It’s a mix of hands-on work and office work. Pune-411027 is a busy postal code and there's always something going on. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of workers. It's more of a focused operation where we look at the specific equipment needs our customers have. Sometimes we are out on site and other times we are stuck in the residency office doing the consultancy side of things. It gets a bit crowded with all the technical drawings and equipment parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole polished corporate presentation thing. Usually, we just sit down with a tea and talk through what needs fixing or building. People in New Sangvi know us as the local spot for these kinds of technical questions. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our thing, making sure the machines work and the plans make sense for whoever we are helping. It's a lot of metal and grease sometimes, but we like it that way.
