Partys And Peppers

We set up Partys And Peppers over at Yashvant Stet in Marje Malvadi because we liked the neighborhood. It’s a busy little area, and there is always something going on. We handle a lot of the food side of things, mostly focusing on the spicy stuff because that’s what we enjoy cooking the most. The kitchen isn't massive, but we’ve managed to organize it so we can get through a lot of prep work in a single morning. It gets hot in there when the burners are all going. My cousin helps out with the deliveries, though sometimes his bike gives him trouble and we have to scramble to find another way. We’re just regular people who like feeding others. You won't find any fancy uniforms here. Most of the time we’re just in aprons with flour or spice stains on them. We get our vegetables from the local market early so they’re actually fresh. Sometimes we run out of things if the market was short that day, but we make do with what we have. It’s been a bit of a learning curve figuring out how much pepper is too much for some folks. We’ve had a few complaints about things being too hot, so we try to ask now. It’s just a small local operation, nothing too serious, just good food and hard work every day. We hope to keep the kitchen going as long as people keep eating.
