Partner In Siddhartha Construction Co

Our office is actually inside Reshma Residency, Flat No 7, right on Lane No 3 in Lokmanya Colony. It’s just off Paud Road in Kothrud. Since we are in a residential building, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We work as partners in Siddhartha Construction Co, and mostly we handle the civil side of things. Kothrud is a great part of Pune, but the lanes can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We spend our mornings coordinating with different crews and checking on the supplies. Being in a flat means we can sit down and have a proper talk about building plans without all the noise of a main road. It’s a small operation, really. We look at drawings, talk to the clients about where the pipes should go, and try to keep the costs from spiraling out of control. Construction is always full of surprises, like hitting a rock where you didn't expect one or a supplier forgetting a load of sand. We just take it as it comes. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, managing multiple sites across Pune, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. It is not about being the biggest, just about doing the work correctly for the people who trust us. Most of our days are spent checking on the concrete pour or making sure the scaffolding is safe. We've been in the 411038 area for years now, so we are part of the scenery.
