Our spot is in Shiv Nivas, over in the Sudarshan Colony on Wakad Road. If you know the Wakad area in Pune, you know how much it has changed over the years. We’ve watched all these new buildings go up while we work out of our little office here. It is a busy stretch of road, so getting in and out can be a bit of a struggle during rush hour. We handle construction tasks, mostly residential stuff for people who want to fix up their homes or build something new from scratch. It is just honest work. We spend a lot of time talking to masons and plumbers, making sure they actually show up when they say they will. Dealing with the 411057 area keeps us on our toes because everyone is in a hurry these days. We aren't interested in sounding like some big fancy firm. We just want to get the walls up and the roof finished so people can move in. Sometimes things take a bit longer because of the weather or material shortages, but we always tell it like it is. No point in making excuses when the rain stops the outdoor work. If you're walking down Wakad Road, you might see our board near the colony entrance. We're just regular people doing a regular job. Most of our clients are just neighbors from the surrounding colony who need a wall fixed or a room added. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep.
