Our office for Pari, also known as Precision Automation & Robotics India Ltd., is tucked away in Shivajinagar. We are located at 410, Dhiraj Appa., which is right by Ganapati Chauk in the Gaothan area of Pune. It’s a very traditional part of the city, so you see a lot of old houses and narrow lanes. Working with robotics and automation in a place like this feels a bit different than being in a modern tech park. We share the space with Rajesh C. Taru, and it’s usually pretty cramped with all the equipment and parts lying around. The Ganapati Chauk area is always lively, especially during the festivals when the streets are packed. We usually grab lunch from the small local spots nearby. It’s a lot of technical work, but we don’t talk about it in a flashy way. We spend our hours fixing bits of code or looking at mechanical drawings. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of Pune. We’ve been here long enough that all the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s a small, dedicated team and we just try to get the machines running like they should.
