If you're looking for us, we are up on the first floor of the E Wing in Rahul Complex. It’s right on Paud Road, and if you see Krishna Hospital, you know you’re in the right spot. Climbing those stairs every day keeps us in shape, I guess. The complex is always bustling with people going to different offices. Inside the clinic, you can hear the faint sound of the traffic from Paud Road below, though we try to keep it quiet. We’ve got the usual dental chairs and equipment, and there’s always that specific smell of a dentist’s office. It’s not a huge place, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at teeth and talking to people about their hygiene. Some people come in very nervous, so we just try to have a normal conversation to help them settle down. We don't go in for fancy slogans or big advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in one of the other offices in the complex. Our desk is usually covered in folders and appointment books. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. After a long day of working under those bright lights, it’s nice to step back out onto Paud Road and head home. We’ve been part of this Pune neighborhood for a while and we’ve seen the streets change quite a bit over the years.
