Paranjape Schemes

We are located in Shukaravar Peth in the city of Pune. It is an old part of town, and we have been here for quite some time now. The streets are very narrow and it is almost always crowded with people and small shops. We actually like the busy energy of the Peth. Our office is tucked away in one of the older buildings here. It is definitely not a shiny new office tower. It is just an old place where we get our daily work done. We handle various building schemes. Most days, we are busy with people coming in and out to talk about different properties. We do not have any fancy receptionists or big computer screens everywhere. We just have some basic chairs and a lot of paper files stacked up. We know almost everyone in the neighborhood, from the man selling tea to the other shopkeepers. It is a very traditional way of doing business in this part of town. We do not use much technology besides the very basics. We usually prefer talking to people face to face. It is just how we have always done things. Pune has grown so much around us, but Shukaravar Peth still feels like the old heart of it. We just keep our heads down and manage our projects. It is a lot of work but we are used to the noise and the pace of the city.
