You can find Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. at Akashdeep Apt, Flat 705 in Building C. We are situated in the Dhairya area near Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a functional space where we manage the various construction sites we have in this part of the city. We chose this spot because it's close to where a lot of the new building is happening right now. The office is simple, with just enough room for our files, computers, and a few chairs for visitors. We don't spend much on decor because we’re usually out at the sites anyway. When we are here, it’s mostly about coordinating with the foremen and checking the schedules. Sinhgad Road can be a real struggle during peak hours, so we’ve learned to plan our site visits around the traffic. We are a group of people who just want to get the houses built right. There’s no fancy talk or complicated sales pitches here. We just look at the plans and figure out how to get them done. The building we are in is a regular residential one, so it feels like being part of a community rather than a cold office block. We drink a lot of tea and spend our afternoons going through the site reports and checking the weather. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We’ve been at it for a long time.
