This office of Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. is located in Akashdeep Apartment, Building C. We are in Flat No. 705, which is out in Vadgaon Dhairy along Sinhagad Road. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which is actually quite nice because it's slightly quieter here. We handle a lot of the Sinhagad Road area projects from this specific branch. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels very lived-in and comfortable. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and the balcony gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding hills. Construction in Pune is a constant process, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with the local permits, the site visits, and making sure the materials arrive on time. It's not a glamorous job at all. There’s a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it gets a bit loud from the road. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about the new developments. We don't have a formal lobby, so you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. It's a very local way of doing business, which is how we like it. We keep our coffee mugs full and our files organized as best as we can.
