Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd.

Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. is based out of Ganesh Darshan in Shivajinagar. We are at number 15, on the 24/11 block. It's a busy part of Pune, and being in Shivajinagar means we are right in the middle of everything. We've been operating here for some time now, dealing with the various construction projects we have going on across the city. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes with all the documents and site plans we have to store, but we make it work. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a place where we get the daily tasks done. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination from this desk. Shivajinagar is always moving, so there is never a quiet moment outside the window. We mostly deal with the day-to-day grind of construction management. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter to get here because parking is such a headache in this area. We focus on getting the buildings up and making sure the details are right. It's regular work for regular people. You won't find any glossy brochures or fancy receptionists here. Just us, some computers, and a lot of maps of the city. We’ve seen Pune grow so much from this office. It feels like every month there’s a new building going up nearby. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our work on time.
