Paranjape Schemes (Blueridge Project)

We are currently working out of the Ojas building on the Pashan-Baner Link Road in Pune. We are in unit B-307. This is the spot where we handle all the different things for the Blueridge project. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of new buildings going up all around us. Our office is often a bit crowded with all the plans and the paperwork for the construction site. We have a small team of people working here. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at technical drawings. It is not a very quiet place to be because the road right outside is always full of cars and buses. We do not have any of that polished marketing stuff in here. It is just a functional workspace. We have some desks, some chairs, and a small area where we can make some tea. We focus on getting the daily tasks finished. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to catch up on. We have been in this area for a while now and we know all the shortcuts to avoid the heavy traffic. We do not try to sound like some big corporate company. We are just regular people working on a project together. We keep things straightforward and simple. If someone asks a question, we give them a direct answer without any fuss. It is practical and honest.
