We are set up in Wadamukhwadi, right next to the Sai Mandir. It is situated out in the Haveli area of Pune. We do construction work for the most part. Usually, we are out on the actual sites more than we are sitting inside the office. This office is really just a place for us to keep the plans and all our tools organized. It gets pretty dusty inside because of the road right there and the type of work we do every day. Being near the temple is quite nice because you can hear the bells ringing sometimes. We have got a few trucks and some heavy gear that we keep parked around the back. Most of the people here have lived in Pune for a long time. We know the local soil and how the weather changes throughout the year. It is not a fancy setup with big glass walls or anything like that. We just have some plastic chairs and a big wooden table for our meetings. People often stop by to ask us about building things. We just tell them what we can do without any fluff. We do not use big corporate words or try to impress anybody. We just build things. Some days are very long, especially when the weather is bad or a delivery arrives late. We just deal with it and get the job done. It is not always easy but it is honest work.
