Paramount Engineers

We are located over at 3 Erandwane on Patwardhan Baug Road. It is quite close to Dindnath Hospital, so there are always people moving about in this area. Our workshop is where we spend most of our time. It is full of tools, machines, and metal scraps left over from different jobs. We do a lot of small engineering parts and repairs for people who live nearby or run shops. The place smells like oil and metal, which I guess is normal for a machine shop. We have a couple of old desks in the corner where we keep the drawings and the phone. It isn't a quiet place because there is always something being drilled or hammered. We’ve been in this part of Erandwane for a long time and know most of the neighbors. Sometimes the work is slow and we just clean the machines, but usually, there is a pile of orders waiting. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name and the address. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on decorations because it would just get covered in grease anyway. If someone brings in a broken part, we take a look and see if we can fix it or make a new one. That is basically what happens here every day from morning until we close up in the evening. Most days are long but we like the work.
