We are located out in Nigdi, specifically in Sector 28 of the Pradhikaran area in Pune. Our place is on Plot 385. If you know this part of Pune, you know it's a big hub for auto parts and industrial work. That is exactly what we do here at Panse Autocomp. We make components for vehicles. It is a noisy place sometimes because of the machines and the trucks moving in and out. The floor is usually covered in some dust or oil, but that is just part of a factory. We have been in this sector for a long time. The staff here mostly lives nearby in Nigdi or Akurdi. We start early in the morning and keep the lines running. It is not a clean office job where you wear a suit. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend all afternoon fixing it, but that is just life here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just focus on making the parts right so they fit where they are supposed to. The traffic near the Pradhikaran area can be a mess during shift changes, but we are used to it by now. It is just a regular factory doing regular work in the heart of Pune’s industrial belt. We keep things simple and try to stay busy. There is always a lot of metal and parts sitting around waiting for the next truck.
