Pankaj Constructions is located in Nigadi Gaonthan, which is a part of Pune-44. If you are looking for us, we are in Sai Apartment. We share the space or are located C/O Bhaosaheb Tapkir. It’s right near the Maruti Mandir, which is a big landmark for anyone in the area. Most people just tell us to look for the temple and then they find the apartment easily. It’s a local neighborhood, not a big business park. We like it that way because it feels more personal. The apartment isn't huge, but we have enough room for our tools and desks. Pune can be a busy place, but this little corner is okay. We spend our mornings getting things ready and our afternoons finishing up. There is a lot of traffic near the Maruti Mandir sometimes, so you have to be careful with parking. We have been in Nigadi Gaonthan for some time. The walls have a few scuffs and the desks are a bit worn out, but they work fine. We don't see the need for a fancy office when this one does the job. It’s just Bhaosaheb Tapkir’s place and us working there. It’s a practical way to run things. We just do our bit and keep moving forward every day. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually go when we need a break. It's a small life but we are kept busy with the different things that come our way.
