We are over at Shivsagar City Phase 1 on Sinhgad Road. It’s a busy area in Anand Nagar and we’ve been here for a while now. Most days just involve dealing with whatever cars come through the door and trying to keep things organized. It is not always easy because the space gets a bit cramped when we have too many vehicles parked out front. My brother and I started this because we liked working with our hands. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of tools. People from the neighborhood stop by mostly. Sometimes we are just sitting there drinking tea when it’s quiet, waiting for the next job. Pune traffic is getting worse so we see a lot of minor bumps and scratches that need fixing. We try to get things done by the time we say we will, but sometimes parts take longer to arrive from the city. That is just how it goes here. The rain last week made the road a mess so we spent half the morning cleaning the entrance. It's just a regular local shop where we do our work and go home. We’ve seen the area change a lot since the phase 1 buildings went up. It used to be much quieter. Now there’s always noise from the street. We just keep our heads down and handle the automotive stuff as it comes in.
