Panchshil Realty

Panchshil Realty is set up in Tirupati, right at Door No:210 in L.S Nagar. It is pretty easy to find the office because we are very close to the S.V Dairy Farm landmark. Some days the air around here is quite clear, and other days you can tell there is a farm nearby, but we don't mind it much. We have been working out of this part of Chittoor for a while now. The building is just a regular one, nothing fancy or modern with glass walls. Inside, we just have a few desks and some old chairs for when folks come in to talk about property. Andra Pradesh summers are no joke, so we usually have the ceiling fan running at full speed all day long. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly helping people find bits of land or houses around this neighborhood. We are not a big corporate firm with a lot of polished talk. We just know the local area and the people who live here. Most of our day is spent looking at papers or walking out to show someone a plot nearby. If you are ever near the dairy farm in L.S Nagar, you might see our small sign. We are just local people doing our job every day. It is a busy little spot in Tirupati, and we like being part of the noise and the daily life here. We don't need much else to get by.
