Panchshil Reality

You can find us at Tushar Society, right on the ground floor at A-4. Dhole Patil Road is a busy spot in Pune, so there is always something going on outside our door. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just wander in without having to deal with stairs or lifts. The office is a bit small, but we’ve made it work for Panchshil Reality. We have some old wooden desks and a shelf full of ledgers that go back years. It’s not one of those fancy modern offices with glass walls. It feels more like a home office, honestly. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during lunch breaks. The traffic on Dhole Patil Road never really stops, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly related to property around this part of the city. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decor. We’d rather just keep the overheads low and do the work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of a big project, but we know where everything is. It’s a good place to work, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the address anymore. We usually wrap things up by six and head out to avoid the worst of the evening rush.
