Panchshil Reality

We are located over in Rakshaq Nager in Pune. It is a decent area, pretty quiet compared to the city center, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on work. Our office at Panchshil Reality isn't hard to find if you know the local landmarks. We have been around for a while now, just doing our thing day by day. It’s mostly just us handling local real estate matters, talking to people who want to buy or sell something nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels lived-in and comfortable. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their desk to help you. We keep a few chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the maps and plans. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. New buildings are going up everywhere, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our mobile phones. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. No one here puts on acts. We just tell people what we know and try to be helpful. It is a local business through and through, and we plan to stay right here in Rakshaq Nager for the long haul.
