Panchshil Reality

Our place is up on the third floor of Chintamani Plaza, right in the Akashwani area of Hadapsar. It’s Flat 307. If you know Pune, you know Hadapsar can get really crowded, especially near the main roads. We share the space, and it’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes with all the files and the chairs we’ve squeezed in. We’ve been operating under the name Panchshil Reality from this spot for a bit. The elevator in the plaza is a bit moody, so I often just take the stairs to get the heart moving. It is a practical office, nothing flashy. We have a small window that looks out over the street, and you can see the commuters rushing by every morning. Most of the time, we are busy on the phone or looking over documents for different properties. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the plaza entrance, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town. We just want to do our job right and stay out of trouble. Sometimes the chai from the stall downstairs is the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We know the Hadapsar market pretty well because we see it changing every single day from our balcony, and we try to keep our notes organized despite the clutter on the desks.
