Panchshil Reality ,Pune.

Even though our name says Pune, we are actually based out at Shenoli Station in the Karad area of Satara. It is a bit of a distance from the big city, and the vibe here is completely different. We operate Panchshil Reality from a simple building near the station. You can hear the trains passing by quite often, which is something you just get used to after a week. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have many employees, just a small group of us who know the Satara district and the land around here. Most of our day is spent talking to farmers or people looking to move out this way. We don't use a lot of technology, mostly just notebooks and our phones. The office is plain, with a few calendars on the wall and a big water jug in the corner. It gets dusty because of the proximity to the station and the open roads, but we don't mind a little dirt. People stop in after getting off the train to ask about property prices or just to get directions. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It is a quiet life compared to Pune, but we prefer the fresh air and the slower pace of things in Shenoli. We keep our doors open for anyone passing through who needs a bit of local knowledge.
