Panchshil Reality India Pvt. Ltd

We are located right across from Ruby Hall on D.P. Road in Pune. Our office is in the Vinay Vikas Hostel building. It’s a very central location, so it stays busy from morning until night. Being in Pune-1 means we are right in the heart of the old city action. Panchshil Reality India Pvt. Ltd is what we call ourselves, but we are just a small team working out of this space. The building has been around for a long time, and our office has that old-school feel to it. We have heavy wooden doors and windows that look out onto the main road. The noise from the ambulances and the buses is constant, but it gives the place a lot of energy. We don't have a fancy waiting room or a coffee machine. If you want tea, we send someone to the corner shop. We spend our hours looking over documents and meeting with people who need help with real estate. It’s a straightforward business. We don't like making things more complicated than they need to be. Our desks are old, and the floors are a bit worn down from all the feet walking over them, but it’s a solid place to work. We know this neighborhood like the back of our hand, and that helps us get things done. Even with all the noise outside, we managed to find our own rhythm here on D.P. Road.
