Panchshil Reality (I) Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in Netaji Nagar, right next to the Krushnai Residency over by Katepuram Chauk. It’s a busy little corner of Pimple Gurav. We are located at 52/1, and it’s a place that feels very much part of the local community. We go by Panchshil Reality (I) Pvt. Ltd., but most people around here just know us by name. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is more of a workspace where a few of us sit and handle the day-to-day business of property and land. We have some chairs for people to sit while we talk, and there is usually a fan whirring overhead to keep the heat away. Pimple Gurav has grown so much lately, and being near the chauk means we see all the changes firsthand. We deal with a lot of paperwork, and our desks are usually piled high with folders. It’s a bit cluttered, but we like it that way because it shows we are actually doing something. We don't have fancy brochures. We just talk to folks and try to give them the straight story on what is happening in the market. It is a simple, honest way to run things. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket nearby, and we hear them shouting, which makes the day go by faster. We’ve become a permanent fixture in Netaji Nagar and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
