Down here in Pusad, things move a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. Our office is in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks from around the neighborhood about land and houses. There is no big glass building or anything like that. Just a door that stays open most of the day unless it’s too hot outside. Being in Maharashtra, the summers get really dry, so we have a cooler running constantly. I’ve lived in Pusad most of my life, so I know most of the streets by heart. Panchshil Real Estate isn't some giant corporation. It is just me and a couple of others trying to help people find a place to stay or build. We have a lot of old files and some maps on the wall that have seen better days. Sometimes we sit outside on the plastic chairs when the sun goes down to catch a breeze. People stop by just to say hello or ask about the local news. It’s not just about the business; it’s about being part of the town. We don’t do much advertising. Most people find us because their cousin or neighbor told them where we were. It works out fine for us. We keep things honest and plain, and we don't mind spending an extra hour just chatting if someone has a good story to tell.
