We’ve been over here at Konark Vihar for a while now. Dhankawdi is a busy part of Pune, and being at B27 keeps us right in the middle of things. It is not a fancy office, just a place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but that is just how it is around here. We started small and just kept going. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but the spot is easy for everyone to find. My desk is usually covered in papers, and the tea guy comes around twice a day which helps. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the area well. It feels like home after so many years. People often ask why we stayed in this specific building, and I guess it’s just because we got used to the neighbors and the way the light hits the office in the afternoon. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. It is a quiet kind of life here at Panchshil Pvt. Ltd. You get to know the regulars walking past the gate. Pune is growing fast, but this little corner of ours stays pretty much the same.
